Our approach is flexible and, depending on the needs of the client, we are able to take a long-term view for programmed maintenance as well as deal with any immediate areas of concern or emergency repairs.
We have a comprehensive safety plan and program that includes the safe work approaches, safety arrangements and safety strategies we follow on the job to ensure we meet our obligations.

Managing Agents & Facilities Managers
Where we are engaged by managing agents and facilities managers, we understand the need to provide detailed condition and activity reports that can be shared with the asset owner. We also understand the need to provide a schedule of priority to assist in effectively managing budgets while protecting the integrity of the roof and building.
Head Contractors & Builders
On projects where our direct client is the head contractor or builder, we provide specialist support and expertise to under- take specific aspects of a project – such as installing or certifying a roof safety system or completing rectification works or adjustments to a recent build. Plus, our commitment to safety and safety compliance and our established safety systems and approaches means that we understand and support the need for a focus on site safety.
Asset Owners & Developers
In the instances where we are employed directly by the asset owner or developer our approach typically begins with a condition and compliance assessment and report that clearly sets out a schedule of recommended works. We will then sit with the client to explain the implications and importance of each job to maximise the life of the roof and protect the integrity of the building to set a program and cadence of work.
