SH Roof has a proven track record of building successful long-term relationships with our customers for routine maintenance, one-off projects, or emergency response.
SH Roof works on a range of sites including; stadiums, shopping centres, office towers, apartment buildings, hotels & venues, aged care sites, hospitals, medical centres, manufacturing facilities, factories, schools, train stations, and local government and community buildings.
We are skilled in working with special materials and finishes such as; insulated panel and standing seam products, Danpal or Danpalon products, Ortech Acoustic roof systems, Aramax roof and wall systems. In addition, can draw on our in-house fabrication team to produce custom flashings and components as required.

General maintenance & roof repairs
Our experience and capability focus on roof maintenance and repairs, and this is a cornerstone of our reputation. On either a responsive or proactive basis we are perform the many functions that are required to protect the integrity of the roof and the internal structure of the building including;
- Inspect the area(s) to be repaired and set a scope of works
- Risk assessment and compliance to safe work standards
- Fix and rectify any roof defects (water ingress or leaks)
- Replace any corroded or damaged roofing and flashings
- Skylights and strip lights installation and repairs
- Installation of new roof penetrations and repairs to existing
- Roof cleaning and problem identification
- Post repair completion report with images and comments
Scheduled roof maintenance programs
SH Roof proactive roof maintenance programs are designed specifically to spread the maintenance work over an agreed contract period and provides the opportunity for early identification of small problems before they escalate to major repairs. Within a scheduled roof maintenance program we will;
- Prepare a condition report and agree on a scope of works and SLA
- Attend site for regular inspections and repair work
- Risk assessment and compliance to safe work standards
- Fix and rectify any roof defects (water ingress or leaks)
- Replace any corroded or damaged roofing and flashings
- Inspect and repair skylights and striplights
- Inspect all roof penetrations (new and existing) repair damage or leaks
- Scheduled roof cleaning and inspections for problem identification
- Post attendance report and advice on future works
Emergency roof repairs, insurance claims & assessments
The size of our team means that we can provide responsive services to deal with emergency repairs from storm damage and other incidents. Even in peak periods, SH Roof is resourced with a large team and backed by our partner company Signal & Hobbs to provide rapid response to our clients.
